Ages Served/Hours of Operation
Starting Point Day Care accepts children from six weeks to eleven years of age. The licensed capacity of our facility is 152 children, and enrollment is be based on a full-time basis. Hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday year round. Drop in care is provided.
Note: The facility is closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Enrollment
Feel free to call with enrollment questions; however, enrollment will be done through a personal interview, as a registration fee is required. The enrollment process includes a series of forms that need to be completed in detail by the parents. Forms, with the exception of the Health Report, must be completed prior to the first day of care. The following records will be kept at the center:

- Application of enrollment
- Child enrollment form
- Health (physical) report
- Immunization Record
- Intake form (two years and under)
- Field trip permission
- Transportation
- Participation in research
- Authorization to administer medicine

Posting of Information
Rules, day care policies, a copy of the license certificate, and any violations will be posted on a bulletin board in the main building. Rules and day care policies will also be posted in the 4K/School Age building. There is an information center located in the front hallway of the main building that contains information on the center, which includes rates and hours. Parental notices will be either posted on the bulletin board or in the child's individual cubby.
Attendance Methods
